Miss MALAYSIA - Deborah Priya Henry!
We are surprised with the exclusion of Miss Malaysia Deborah Priya Henry at the semi-finals of Miss Universe 2011. We at BeautyMania.biz believed that Ms Henry was the top contender - from her excellent photo shoots and intelligent interviews. That is why we and most of the pageant fans were shocked and surprised for what happened to her.
That is why pageant fans unanimously present the 2011 Ruth Ocumarez Award to Miss Malaysia, Deborah Priya Henry!
Maybe sash factor is one of the reasons why she was excluded.
Anyway, congratulations to Miss Angola, Leila Lopes for winning Miss Universe 2011.
*for those who are new in the pageant scene, Ruth Ocumarez award was named after Ruth Ocumarez, Miss Honduras Universe 2002. This award is given to a Miss Universe contestant who was "over-rated" and the most favorite but was unplaced in the semi-finals.
