MISS UNIVERSE 2011: Leila Lopes agrees with the transgender policy of the Miss Universe Organization!
Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes finally gave her opinion about the transgender policy recently implemented by the Miss Universe Organization. In an interview with Ensegundos.net, Leila says she's agree with the newest policy (as expected) that gave opportunities to transgender women to join the Miss Universe pageant.
The Angolan beauty also denies that she's using skin whitening products, adding that she's proud of her color and heritage.

Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes has arrived in Indonesia, her second stop in Asia trip. She arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011. Lopes will crown the new Puteri Indonesia on Friday, October 7.

MISS UNIVERSE 2011: Leila Lopes visits Singapore!
Miss Universe 2011, Leila Lopes, made an appearance Thursday evening, at the F1—themed “The Finish Line Bar”, located at Marina Bay Sands, in Singapore. It is her first international trip as Miss Universe. She will be attending the upcoming Formula One night race and several related events.
Leila is joined by Miss Ukraine Olesya Stefanko, Miss Singapore Universe 2009 Rachel Kum, Miss Singapore Universe 2011 Valerie Lim, Miss New Zealand Universe 2009 Priyani Puketapu, Miss Malaysia Universe 2010 Nadine Ann Thomas, Miss Universe 2007 Riyo Mori, and Miss India Universe 2010 Ushoshi Sengupta.
“It’s great. It’s really very beautiful, small but very beautiful, so very clean,” Leila Lopes said.
After Singapore, Lopes will travel to Indonesia, where Miss Indonesia Universe 2012 will be crowned.

Newly crowned Miss Universe, Leila Lopes, has been applying for temporary US Working Visa. She will reside for one year in New York as part of becoming Miss Universe titleholder. Miss Universe Organization's main headquarters is in New York.
