Miss Venezuela's gown is really THE standout during the preliminaries. The gown showcased not only elegance, but sexiness of Vanessa Goncalves. Expect Miss Venezuela to be in the TOP 5 if she wear this gown again in the finals.

WORST EVENING GOWN
Epic Failed. Miss Belgium's beauty is exceptional but the choice of her gown really killed her chances to be included in the semi-finals (unless the MUO will pick her as a Trump Card). The color, materials used, and the design really made the entire gown cheap looking. The beads connecting the upper and lower portion of the gown while revealing Miss Belgium's abdomen, and the blue fabric lying on her left arm are disasters.

MOST ELEGANT IN EVENING GOWN
Miss Philippines is the Queen that night. Her sexy evening gown, designed by Colombian designer Alfredo Barraza, and her inborn elegance really made her the star.

Actually we like Miss Kazakhstan's dress but Valeriya did not gave justice to it. She was unable to carry the dress elegantly.
