MISS WORLD Update: Trinidad and Tobago might host Miss World pageant in 2012!

Julia Morley, Chairman and CEO of Miss World Limited has been visiting the short listed countries that have been bidding to host the Miss World 2011 final.



The Miss World team have just completed a fact finding visit to Trinidad and Tobago, with the Minister for Development, Mrs Vernella Alleyne-Toppin and have concluded that the main show venue and prefered accommodation facilities, are not guaranteed to be fully functional in time for the staging of the Miss World 2011 Festival.

It is expected that Tobago will now bid to host the 2012 Festival, when it celebrates its 50th Anniversary.
