"For 50 years more " Gustavo Cisneros toasted before those present at the cocktail reception held at the Eden Roc hotel on the shores of Miami Beach, last night.
The event served as prelude for NATPE 2011, the international tradeshow on entertainment content that opens its doors to over 500 TV programming buyers from over 40 countries, held from January 24 to 26 at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach.
The event was attended by the cast of Venevision's latest telenovela, Eva Luna, 100% shot in HD. Venevisión's family, made up of managers, art and technical crew members, as well as Cisneros' company associates and clients, were also present to greet the crowd, full of TV executives.

Miss Venezuela titleholders also attended the event, including Dayana Mendoza, Miss Universe 2008, and Stefania Fernandez, Miss Universe 2009. Venevision is the owner of the Miss Venezuela Organization since its inception in the 60′s.

Miami Beach's beautiful night was crowned with the appearance of Eva Luna's cast, including Guy Ecker, Blanca Soto, Vanesa Villela, Julián Gil, Susana Dosmantes, Jorge Lavat and Lupita Ferrer, more. The telenovela Eva Luna, which achieved great success in the US and Puerto Rico broadcasting on leading network Univision, headlines the content offered by Cisneros group's distributor, Venevision International.
Finally, the so called "The Devil of Salsa" Oscar D'León gave an all-Caribbean musical display to seal one big night for Venevision, a long-running company, responsible for local and international hits. Yesterday was also a night to celebrate the entire Latin American television industry.
