Ximena Navarrete, Miss Universe 2010, is in China to witness the awarding of the country's new franchise holder of Miss Universe pageant. The new National Director for Miss Universe China Pageant is Yue-Sai Kan, a Chinese American television personality, author, entrepreneur, and humanitarian.
